SSM - the logic of simple sameness mindsets
The world is not what it seems . We are all created different ( natural diversity) yet somewhere inside the mind of western man an idea and an ideal has permeated to the depths- that we are meant to treat each other as equals, How long this religious idea can last in now anyone's guess when competing philosophies don't have it . True wisdom comes from not seeing the simple but seeing the competing paradoxes.
I am not going to bore you here with a long list of logical sequences from evidence I have provided to prove to you that I am right , because that stupid approach to learning is what is turning the West into a bunch of reactionary morons - who think they think science but who don't actually practice it .
I will ALSO have to make a jump here and say
Unless you have the full picture in mind your solution will not work and if you ever get power you will get increasingly fanatical until you are removed from power ,
Minorities are notorious for exploiting the missing links in logic as they perceive it . Their skill ( really in nit picking, pedantry and reactionary cynicism) in finding consensus over what works is a wet dream of their own making .
When big parties start speaking for them ( as George Brandis has been doing ) we can only say
what a desperate state is our political state .
Now for the story ( I wish at this time we had an Orwell for our time - to do this better)
THE STORY OF SSM
Once upon a time there was this group of people who reckoned they found a simple way to solve one of the most intransigent problems of the world . The inequality of remuneration.
They proposed the following
The solution :Same Set of Money for everyone
They reckon that if everyone got the Same Set of Money those who were constantly being treated poorly like the people with no legs, single women with kids or just your average young person with two degrees and hex debt and no job ever (for that imaginary career invented by universities to create their own version of the jobs of the future.) would have reason to be happy . Life would be much fairer.That would make people happier wouldn't it ( or are we talking about the never happies??)
So happy were these people with their idea that they wanted to put it to the vote ."Its simple" they said . "Lets just get it done" they said over and over .
The critics questioned who would pay and what would happen if people got used to bludging, working slowly. They has so many questions it was impossible to see the light of day once you got involved with venue just one . the people voted to come up for air . The new faith in reason alone is stifling and threatens to asphyxiate all who try to practice it.
The critic to this superbly win win situation were laughed off for being too fearful . " You live in fear of the future "they said having no real idea themselves . ( Trying to please the never happies is a job only rich governors can afford) .
The yes campaigners realized with all the opposition they would have to forcibly reeducate the laggards ( or better their children in church schools) . Good things take time and people are stuck in their old ways of thinking . "Lateral thinking really helps" they said to themselves
The yes campaigners realized with all the opposition they would have to be very clever to create an new atmosphere of love amongst the brethren . No more mouthing off against slackers, so called . and people on a public pension, The right to do just what they liked with OUR money .Every bodies right !! .
The yes campaigners realized that change would be most efficient if we changed the language . we could do with less talk of work ethic and more about the right to work Talking about rights always works with the havenots and the neverhappies.
The yes campaigners realized that changing the law of the land would be the most efficient way to get all this happening . Bit of coercion for the laggards to catch up . Reduction by those qualified to teach would also occur,
The yes campaigners ignored the libertarian tradition amongst them that said less is more when it comes to the law
You have no evidence" they said knowing that most people are too lazy to sift through the simplest of it , let alone stupid enough to base life choices ( like who to marry and why-- it could be prison or it could be heaven-- how the hell do you decide ???) on mere reason alone.
They got to put to the vote , Got to put it into position .If it only ever set up a basic wage it might have been alright but wage became to mean something other than working , so lots of people decided to stop working.
Like all such ill conceived ineffective ideas, it took years for the practical realities of real world politics to deal with these fanatics and the sycophants they cultivated amongst the major wannabe leaders.
As what of all those whose creativity was only ever enhanced by their celebration of creative engagement of the marriage of two minds ------they got on with life .
